The Albarino from Pazo Barrantes in Spain’s Rias Baixas region delights with vibrant aromas of ripe peach and yellow plum. Its vibrant and refreshing character beautifully balances the rich, creamy textures of the dishes, transforming each bite into an elegant culinary symphony. From the heart of Rioja, the Capellania white wine from Marqués De Murrieta offers delicate fruit notes, with hints of pine nuts, bay leaves, and hazelnut skins. Paired with beef tongue salad and duck liver pate, it elevates this dish, creating a perfect harmony between land and sky. The Reserva, Marques De Murrieta 2019, paired with pork cheek taco, adds a touch of Mediterranean herbs and subtle aging, giving a refined elegance to this rustic dish. The Gran Reserva, Marques De Murrieta 2016, aged for 26 months in American oak barrels, brings deep aromas of ripe black fruits and fallen leaves. Its rich, smooth texture enhances the flavors of duck heart, baby corn, and raspberries, creating a complex and refined tasting experience. The Castillo Ygay Gran Reserva Especial, Marques de Murrieta 2012 offers intense aromas of black cherries and ripe plums. Paired with pig trotters, artichokes, and crayfish, the refined tannins elevate the rich, savory flavors, making each bite even more remarkable. Finally, the “Hannibal Dessert” is paired with a sweet white wine from Domaine du 1er Juin in Ningxia, China.
